why don't they let us make things sink deep?

I realised thet they r owing to make from us machines!!! Day after day , teaching becomes grey like the skin of a dying man!!!! Just "a much a do about nothing" This job has lost it's values in our country in every sense of the word. Our children's minds have just turned into slot machines, as the coin fell into the deep empty void, it just left a sound with no echo! I am tired of preparing and scoring kids papers all the time... And lately the inspector invited us to discuss about remedy!! They need remedy those who set this rubbish all around!!! Just see how much papers the kids had during these 40 days or less of teaching and teaching and teaching and nothing else than teaching!!!

The problem is that we’re all talking about the same problem, but no one is trying to do something to help! Every one is doing something to meet this bitter fact, but no agreement is noticed about what to keep and what to reject from the curriculum which is imposed on all teachers of English. I’m sure all that is being done on the part of teachers is of great value BUT no serious intention seems to be…and our forum is a palpable proof that we’re doing nothing to help each other!
Such a forum would have been the best area where to meet and exchange ideas, the least we can do as teachers and educators. I testify that I’ve learnt many thing from what has been posted and suggested from some teachers in this forum, but when you see that many teachers read and say nothing…at least some remark from which one may learn…you’ll simply think that no interest is shown …and thus, you’ll give up thinking ….!!!
Wish things will be better one day…in spite of the fact that what is being done in the domain of teaching seems to lead to worse situations! Teaching SEVEN CLASSES, with a badly scheduled timetable doesn’t seem to be a sound way to improvement!
To cut it short, I wish that more interest would be given to teaching, on the part of decision takers -Which seems to be impossible- as well as those who are in direct contact with learners, and thus, teaching!

Lastly, I just want to say to Mr.Houari that I haven’t included price with the exam papers I’ve sent later…it’s an advert on the part of the site in which I uploaded my exams…just skip the advert by clicking on the top right corner and then download the exams…I can’t find a way to avoid that advert…

AND HOW ABOUT THE RESULTS? AREN'T YOU DISCOURAGED?
REALLY FED UP OF DOING SOMETHING WHICH DOESN'T BRING YOU ANY PROFIT. I FEEL AS A FARMER WHO WORKS ALL THE YEAR FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET AND AT THE END HE GETS NOTHING.

Actually the whole we'r discouraged and seems that this mascarade will never end as long as grass grows and water runs!!! I feel ashamed when the council of teachers at the end of the year assemble to study the BEM admission avarage... All subject are ok,except maths and English!! So odd to hear this every all long your carrer; not even by every now and then! really bothering and feels like to sing the blues! Anyway, we long for a soon change! But we need handy EDUCATORS to over throw the thugs!
