It's good to have Algerian trainers.I have heard they were just great. These trainers were trained by the BC to coduct training in their willayas the future?

Hello Mr. Sheikh,
The training has already began, as May2 said that thay already had teh first session. Also, here in Setif, we began in December. I don't know what's going onin the west, you might ask and let's know. Men of Education, especially headmasters and inpsectors always focus that the teachers' work must be co-ordinated yet I never noticed that these edu-heads tend to co-ordinate within their mates!!! This is the very odd thing I notice d when the 4 inspectors and the concerned teachers met to dicuss how to tackle this task; there has been no co-oridanation at all between these four inspectors! on the contrary, Iw as so impressed when we(ve had that training with the Britsih, the four trainers work at the same pace and do the same activities as you have been taught by the same person! I wonder when this hardheaded thoughts vanish from our responsibles. Beyond that, every time a new inspector comes to start with teachers, he never tends to carry on what the old inspector left or at least checks what his colleagues has done, yet he would just sweep all that's been builty in a wink of the eye, what brings to ones thought that the former inspector's work was all wrong! We're really sick and want to change things inherited from...

First Day December 13th2011.



Module1: A- Describing language and language skills (duration :1.30ms) - Reading
- Listening
- Speaking
- Writing
B- Background to language Learning
(duration 1.30ms)
- Motivation
C- Background to Language Teaching (Duration 1.30ms) - Assessment types and tasks.
Second Day


Module2 A- Planning and preparing a lesson or Sequence of lessons - Planning and preparing a lesson or Sequence of lessons.
B- Selection and use of resources and materials. -Selection and use of teaching aids.
- Adapting the course book.
Third Day







Module 3 A- Teachers’ and learners’ language in the classroom - Using Language appropriately for the range of classroom functions.
- Identifying the functions and learners’ language.
Fourth Day B- Classroom management - Categorizing learners’ mistakes.
- Teacher role
- Correcting learners and giving feedback.
Fifth Day C- Classroom management - Teaching mixed abilities.
- Teaching large classes and grouping students
- Classroom language.
Sixth Day Feedback - Test sample.

firstly, we didn't deal with module 1 & 2 and we aren't supposed to have them.
secondly, they gave us a workbook dealing with module 3 only.
