I just would like to write some remarks about the BEM lay out.
I think that there should be no WH- QQS in the reading comprehension (auxiliary QQS only i.e. Auxiliary & Modal)
The reading comprehension should be out of 7pts divided among three act.:
-Act. one : 2 or 3 pts
-Act. two : 2 or 3 pts
-Act. three: 2pts
Mastery of language: 7pts divided among three act.:
-Act. one (morphology or mechanics): 2pts
-Act. two (syntax): 3pts
-Act. three (pronunciation): 2pts
