My Flag (Colour and Meaning) Empty
PostSubject: My Flag (Colour and Meaning)   My Flag (Colour and Meaning) EmptyMon Jan 05, 2009 5:17 pm

Salam!

Through songs and poems, pps feel more concerned especially when the 'words' are meaninful, appealing to their feelings, belief and belonging.

On the other hand, they feel proud of being able to express themselves in a foreign language such as English.

National songs are an instance of instilling in the child the sense of duty and respect towards one's country...
The flag, which is one of the symbols of freedom and soveingnty, is worth flattering ...

Wish you'll find the poem/song useful in teaching.

Best of luck!
My Flag

Three colours has my flag
Green, red and white
The green is the land
The red is the blood
And the white is the light

Oh my dear flag, rise high and high
Just like a bird, into the sky
Over the crowd, up to the cloud
In the day and at night.
